Questions

Is this really a one-time payment?

Yes. £20 once, and the app is yours forever. There's no subscription and no recurring charge — Stripe takes a single payment.

What happens after the 30-day trial?

The app keeps your data and settings, but the studios lock until you unlock with a licence key. Nothing is deleted — pay whenever you're ready and everything's right where you left it.

How do I get my licence key?

After checkout we email your key to the address you paid with. Open Saient, paste the key into the unlock box, and you're activated. Keys are verified entirely offline — your machine never has to phone home.

Can I use it on more than one computer?

Your key activates Saient on your personal machines. If you need it on a new PC, just paste the same key — there's no online seat limit to fight with.

Do I need an internet connection?

Only to download the app and (optionally) models. After that Saient runs 100% offline — inference, the agent, image gen and licence checks all happen on your own hardware.

What are the system requirements?

Linux or Windows. An NVIDIA GPU is recommended for fast inference (Saient bundles its CUDA engine), but there's a CPU fallback too.
